COACH Approach to Leadership

This program helps leaders bring coaching to their day-to-day leadership style, adding an important technique in leading others while amplifying success throughout your organization.

Description

This workshop examines how leaders and managers can bring a COACH Approach to their day-to-day work. You will learn how to use the COACH Approach (Clarify, Observe, Act, Commit, Honour). You will experience coaching first-hand, both by being coached and by coaching others, to practice using a curiosity-based style in interactions. This workshop builds confidence and increases your comfort in leading others.

The techniques explored in this workshop can help not only in leading others but also in decision-making, handling complex relationships and project management. Building an effective coaching culture leads to enormous corporate gains.

You will also receive by mail after the workshop, one of our high-quality Coach Approach Journals, which have guides, steps and note-taking space to keep you on track even after the workshop has ended.

Format

Our blended format includes two components:

Workshop Activities (one day virtual session): practise and feedback of key concepts with our facilitator engaging with you live using coaching, scenarios, activities, reflection and discussions

Post-workshop Activities (at your own pace): Your Coach Approach Journal will help you practise what you have learned and we’ll touch base with you several times, as well.

Registration closes on May 8
