In this session, you’ll look at how to effectively lead your staff, contractors and peers using delegation techniques.
Format
Our blended format includes three components:
Pre-workshop Activities (approx. 60 minutes to complete): pre-reading materials
Workshop Activities (3-hour virtual session): practise and feedback of key concepts using coaching, scenarios and discussions
Post-workshop Activities (approx. 60 minutes to complete): proof-of-learning assignment with feedback provided by the instructor
