The ability to adapt your leadership style to those you lead helps you and your staff succeed more than ever before. In this workshop, we’ll examine what comes naturally to you and where you might need to stretch, and we’ll practice techniques that you’ll be able to use with your staff and others.
Successful managers read the needs of their employees and adapt their style accordingly. That may seem daunting, but these are important skills that can be developed.
Leading others effectively means moving from a “one size fits all” leadership style to providing direction, motivation and development in a way that aligns with each individual.
In this course, you will first learn about your own management preferences. Next, using the Everything DiSC Management Profile, you will learn how different styles like to work, what motivates them and how to identify areas where the people you manage have strong potential and areas where they may face obstacles.
We also help you figure out how to work with your own manager by providing insights for understanding your manager’s priorities and preferences. The profile report that is a part of this workshop also provides information on how to deal with conflict with your manager.

Pre-workshop Activities (approx. 15 minutes to complete): online assessment to generate your profile and pre-reading materials
Workshop Activities (one day virtual session): practise and feedback of key concepts with our facilitator engaging with you live using coaching, scenarios, activities, reflection and discussions
Post-workshop Activities (at your own pace): we’ll touch base with you several times to remind you to apply what you’ve learned
